Founder Lemuel Boateng has over 14 years experience working with young people and in youth work within the education system both mainstream and alternative provision schools as well as those known to youth offending services. Lemuel's experience consists of working as a behaviour mentor and manager implementing gangs prevention programmes, supporting students with music therapy sessions and one to one mentoring. The combination of his background, knowledge and experience has positioned Lemuel with the expertise to the launch of Music Beyond The Lines.

We use a unique combination of music therapy, (musical instruments, music technology and song writing) mentoring and career coaching to transform, empower and impact the lives of young people. This includes working with young people from a range of backgrounds including those with SEN, SEBD, SEMH, ADHD, ASD and anxiety as well as children in care (CIC) and young offenders (YOT/YOS).
